1. About the operator

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in most Canadian provinces, 19 in Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon). If you are under that age, please leave the Site. The Site features games carrying mature-rated content and is intended for an adult audience.

3. What PrimeXSport is — and is not

PrimeXSport is an editorial guide. We are an independent third party. We do not develop, publish, host, operate, sell or directly distribute any of the games featured on the Site. We do not process payments for, manage accounts on, or store data inside any of those games. We do not handle in-game purchases, currency conversions, refunds, account recoveries or anti-cheat appeals. Every such matter is governed by the relevant publisher’s own terms of service.

3.1 The featured games

The Site links to free-to-play titles operated by their respective publishers — Wargaming.net, Gaijin Entertainment, Targem Games and any successors. The trade names, logos, screenshots and concepts of those games are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site implies endorsement of PrimeXSport by those publishers, or vice versa.

4. Partner links and commission

The “Play now” buttons throughout the Site are partner links. If you follow one and subsequently create an account or make a purchase on the partner platform, PrimeXSport may receive a small commission. This commission is paid by the publisher, not by you, and using a partner link costs you nothing extra. Editorial ranking is independent of commission; we do not accept payment for placement.

5. No gambling, no real-money wagering

PrimeXSport features skill-based combat video games. The Site contains no real-money wagering, casino mechanics, prize draws or sports-betting functionality. Some featured games may include optional in-game purchases or loot-box style mechanics governed by their own publishers — please refer to those publishers’ documentation if that matters to you. We exclude any title that, in our editorial view, crosses into predatory monetisation; we describe each game’s monetisation in plain language in its review.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, account, or feature of the Site.
• Scrape, mirror, frame or otherwise re-publish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or knowingly false content through the contact form.
• Use the Site to send spam, malware or any disruptive payload.
• Misrepresent your age, country of residence, or identity in any submission.

7. Intellectual property

Original text, layout, design system, code and curated rankings on the Site are © PrimeXSport unless explicitly stated otherwise. All trademarks, game art, screenshots and character names belong to their respective owners and are reproduced under the fair-dealing and editorial-criticism provisions of UK and Canadian copyright law. 8. Editorial accuracy

We try hard to keep reviews, ratings and partner links current. Video games are moving targets — patches change balance, servers move regions, monetisation evolves, publishers come and go. We update the Site on a rolling cycle but cannot guarantee that every piece of information is correct at the instant you read it. If you spot something out of date, the contact form below is the fastest way to flag it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeXSport disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use of the Site is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PrimeXSport, its operator or any contributor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost in-game progress, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any linked partner site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of these terms shall not exceed CAD 100.

11. Third-party sites

The Site contains hyperlinks to third-party publisher pages and other resources we do not control. We have not reviewed every linked page and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, security or legal compliance. Follow such links at your own discretion.

12. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, restrict your access to the Site or any part of it if we believe in good faith that you have violated these terms or applicable law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, are intended to survive.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the home page. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
